Locating a Venezuelan-affiliated Vessel 'Pursued' by American Maritime Authorities

Our team is analyzing video footage and photographs posted earlier today that show the aftermath of a reported vehicle-borne explosive explosion that Russian officials state killed a high-ranking military officer in Moscow.
Officials in Russia confirmed that Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov was inside the car that detonated and that he succumbed to his injuries. An investigation is currently ongoing.
Our starting point to check the site from which the images originated relied on posts indicating the explosion happened on Yasenevaya Street in the southern part of the capital city of Russia.
We used street-view imagery on Google Maps and the local mapping service Yandex Maps to corroborate the unique yellow colour of a nearby apartment building captured in the footage.
Identifying additional structures, lamp-posts and the road configuration verified the exact location the footage were taken.
Additionally, we verified that the video clips were recent and that the images had not undergone digital alteration.
